Refund Policy
At Albert Institute of Technology Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality technical education and professional training. To maintain our standards and manage batch capacities, we follow a strict refund policy as outlined below:
1. Admission and Registration Fees
The registration fee or admission booking amount paid at the time of enrollment is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
This fee covers administrative costs and secures a seat in the designated batch, which prevents other potential candidates from enrolling.
2. Tuition Fees
Once a student joins the batch and the classes commence, no request for a refund of the tuition fee will be entertained.
In the event a student pays the full course fee in advance and decides to withdraw before the batch starts, a partial refund may be considered (excluding registration charges), provided the request is made in writing at least 7 days prior to the start date.
3. Batch Transfers
If a student is unable to attend a batch due to medical emergencies or unavoidable personal reasons, the Institute may, at its sole discretion, allow the student to transfer their enrollment to a future batch.
A "Batch Transfer Fee" may be applicable in such cases.
4. Technical Issues (For Online Courses)
For any online modules or digital content, refunds will not be issued due to technical issues at the student’s end (e.g., poor internet connection or incompatible hardware).
If the Institute fails to deliver a scheduled course due to internal technical failures or faculty unavailability, a pro-rata refund or alternative class arrangement will be provided.
5. Rejection/Expulsion
If a student is expelled from the Institute due to a violation of the Code of Conduct or disciplinary issues, they will not be entitled to any refund of the fees paid.
6. Process for Refund Requests
All refund requests (if applicable under Section 2) must be submitted formally via email to [Insert Email Address] or in person at the Institute’s office.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
7. Changes to the Policy
Albert Institute of Technology Private Limited reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
