* Fees once paid are *non-refundable* and *non-transferable* under any circumstances, including withdrawal from the course.

3. Attendance and Conduct

* Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for examinations and certifications.

* The Institute maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards misbehavior, vandalism, or any form of harassment.

* We reserve the right to terminate the enrollment of any student found violating the code of conduct without any refund.

4. Course Curriculum and Schedules

* The Institute reserves the right to modify the course curriculum, faculty, batch timings, or venue if deemed necessary for the betterment of the training program.

* Holiday schedules will be decided by the management and communicated to students in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

* All study materials, software, and content provided during the course are the intellectual property of *Albert Institute of Technology Private Limited*.

* Students are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using the material for commercial purposes.

6. Placement Assistance

* While the Institute provides placement assistance and career guidance, we *do not guarantee* a job or 100% placement unless specifically mentioned in a separate "Job Guarantee Program" contract.

* Placement support is subject to the student’s academic performance and clearance of internal assessments.

7. Limitation of Liability

* The Institute is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings of students within the premises.

* We are not liable for any technical issues or outages on the website that may temporarily disrupt online learning modules.

8. Dispute Resolution

* Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city where the Institute's registered office is situated.
